Adolfo Perez is Strategy & Business Development Vice President at ADNOC Drilling and brings more than 26 years of experience in the global energy industry. Since joining the company in November 2021, he has played a key role in advancing growth through strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and technology-driven innovation.
Prior to ADNOC Drilling, Adolfo held a number of senior leadership positions with Schlumberger, Borr Drilling, and MI Gulf Services, where he was responsible for leading large teams, overseeing significant P&L portfolios, and driving business strategy.
His international career has spanned the UAE, Brazil, Russia, Qatar, Canada, Venezuela, and France, giving him broad experience across diverse energy markets. Adolfo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Engineering and speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluently.
He is widely recognised for his strategic leadership, operational insight, and ability to deliver growth and transformation across the energy sector.
