Anna Spector is Head of Oil & Gas Middle East at Linde, leading the company’s oil and gas services business across the region. With more than 13 years of international experience at Linde and Praxair, she has held leadership, engineering and project roles across the Middle East, Europe, Russia and Asia.
Her experience spans industrial operations, business development and the delivery of complex technical solutions for the energy sector. She has worked closely with major oil and gas operators and service companies, with a particular focus on operational efficiency, safety and the practical application of technology in industrial environments.
Anna is particularly interested in how AI can create tangible value in day-to-day operations and decision-making — augmenting the expertise of engineers and operators while maintaining human judgment and accountability in safety-critical environments.
