Artem Titarenko is a technology strategy and transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience across the energy and particularly O&G sector.
He currently serves as Lead Technology Strategist at Aramco, where he leads enterprise upstream and downstream technology strategy, technology portfolio governance and investment prioritization across downstream and upstream businesses, helping shape long-term technology and capital allocation decisions. His work also spans emerging technology domains, including AI applications, Physical AI and humanoid robotics.
Across his career, Artem has advised senior executives on billion-dollar investment decisions and led large-scale transformation, performance improvement and digital initiatives across the Middle East and CIS.
Before joining Aramco, he worked in management consulting, supporting leading energy, utilities, industrial and infrastructure organizations on strategy, operating model, investment and transformation agendas. He began his career in the upstream oilfield services industry at Schlumberger, leading engineering and operational teams across multiple international markets.
Artem holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering
