Christopher Nicolas, Director, is a project delivery, planning and delay specialist with more than 25 years of international experience across major engineering and construction projects, including over a decade in the Middle East. His expertise spans project planning, integrated project controls and claims and dispute resolution, supporting both project delivery and the assessment of time-related claims. Christopher has worked across a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, energy, ICT, transport and the built environment, advising clients on complex, large-scale developments. He has played a key role in establishing and growing TBH’s presence in the Middle East, supporting major programmes and high-profile projects across the region. Christopher is known for his ability to combine practical delivery insight with strong commercial and contractual understanding to support both project outcomes and dispute resolution.
