Cristi Nastase is an IT Fellow at ExxonMobil and serves as Senior Principal Enterprise Architect for Generative AI and AI Services. Over an 18-year career with the organisation, he has contributed across the full IT solution delivery lifecycle, gaining global recognition for advancing DevOps practices, supporting digital transformation, and helping guide ExxonMobil’s early adoption of Generative AI.
His current work focuses on defining and delivering enterprise-wide strategies and architectures for Generative AI and agentic AI. He plays a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, driving measurable outcomes, and advancing the practical application of AI across the organisation.
Cristi is also actively engaged in AI thought leadership, contributing both within ExxonMobil and across the wider industry.
