Jackie Behles is the Catalyst and Process Development R&T Manager at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. She joined CPChem in 2019 as Drilling Specialties Product Manager and transitioned to R&T in 2022 as Analytical Sciences Team Leader.
Prior to CPChem, Jackie served as Segment Marketing Manager for Production and Drilling at BASF. Before that, she held multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Baker Hughes, where she developed and commercialized products for oil/water separation, led teams supporting the Oil Sands thermal and mining operations in Northern Alberta, and managed over 500 products and intermediates as Product Manager for Canada.
Jackie earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her B.S. in Chemistry from Creighton University in Omaha, NE.
