Rather than speaking about AI in abstract terms, this session brought the audience directly into a real operational scenario where intelligent agents are already doing work that typically consumes hours of human effort. The focus was not on novelty, but on how human centred AI can remove friction from everyday business processes while preserving trust, clarity, and control.
Chai demonstrated how AI agents can orchestrate complex logistics interactions in real time, coordinating between customers, freight forwarders, and internal systems without breaking the flow of work. Through a live use case drawn from global supply chain operations, the session showed how AI can manage scheduling, exception handling, substitutions, and confirmations while maintaining a natural, conversational interface.
A key theme was experience as the differentiator. Drawing on deep roots in user experience, behavioural science, and enterprise software, Chai positioned AI agents as digital co workers designed to fit seamlessly into existing workflows. The emphasis was on reducing email chains, manual follow ups, and fragmented visibility, replacing them with shared context and real time coordination across organisational boundaries.
The session also highlighted the scalability of this approach. By integrating directly with ERP, CRM, and logistics platforms, and operating across languages and regions, Chai illustrated how agent based systems can extend beyond pilot projects into core operational roles. The conclusion was clear: when AI is designed around human interaction and real business problems, it moves from being a tool to becoming an active participant in how work gets done.
