Jean-Paul Vencatachellum (JP) is Senior Director and Head of AI Solution Engineering at Inception AI (G42).
He holds master’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration. As one of the early employees at Siebel Systems, JP was involved in the early growth of CRM technologies before helping drive the transition to cloud-based SaaS solutions at Oracle. Since 2015, he has focused on addressing complex enterprise AI challenges through roles at C3 AI and Databricks.
At Inception AI, JP leads the design and delivery of sovereign, on-premises, and hybrid GenAI solutions, including multi-agent decision systems powered by fine-tuned models, retrieval-augmented analytics, and voice-to-voice intelligence platforms. His work supports end-to-end use cases for government entities and major organisations across the GCC, Europe, and the United States.
JP works across the full AI lifecycle, from identifying use cases and developing MVPs to scaling production deployments, helping organisations align business priorities, data, and governance frameworks to achieve measurable outcomes and unlock new opportunities through AI.
