Maryvi Yabet Santiago is a Senior Reservoir Management Engineer with 15+ years of experience in reservoir performance, production optimization, and digital subsurface transformation across complex carbonate, sandstone, and tight reservoirs. Her expertise spans reservoir management and surveillance, production optimization, well performance diagnostics, water/gas flooding and IOR, advanced lower completions, digital subsurface solutions, automation, and AI-supported insights.
She has delivered measurable impact at ADNOC Onshore and PDVSA, leading initiatives that improved reservoir understanding, supported production targets, and modernized engineering workflows. She was recognized for excellence in Integrated Reservoir Management (IRM) for her contributions to surveillance, optimization, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Maryvi is also an active contributor to the global energy community, serving as an SPE Volunteer, IRM Technical Section Sponsorship Champion, and Treasurer Champion. She has co-chaired and moderated multiple SPE technical sessions and contributes as a Technical Committee Member for ADIPEC.
