Partha Dev brings 36 years of experience in offshore structural integrity management within the energy industry. He leads the Offshore Structures business at Rosenxt UK, a technology-focused engineering company delivering structural integrity management solutions to operators around the world.
Over the course of his career, Partha has contributed to major offshore developments on Australia’s North West Shelf, including the Gorgon, Wheatstone, and North Rankin Redevelopment projects. He has held technical authority positions with a number of leading energy companies, including Chevron Australia, Woodside Energy, and Engie.
Partha also serves as Project Leader for ISO 19901-9, Edition 2, covering Structural Integrity Management of Fixed Offshore Structures, where digital twin requirements are being incorporated into the standard for the first time.
