Richard Mohan is a Senior Specialist in Advanced Reservoir & Petroleum Solutions within the Thamama Excellence Center at ADNOC Upstream.
He brings 24 years of international experience across both oilfield service and operating companies, specialising in Digital Oilfield solutions and digital transformation programmes. Richard currently serves as Programme Manager for ADNOC’s flagship AiPSO programme and is a core contributor to the company’s upstream digital transformation initiatives.
Richard is also a member of the OSDU Management Committee, helping to provide strategic direction for the ongoing development of OSDU.
He has authored more than 30 SPE papers covering Digital Oilfields, drilling and production optimisation, reservoir and production process automation and analytics, as well as information management and governance.
