Saleh A. Al-Wadei is Director (A) of the Maintenance Manufacturing Shops Department at Saudi Aramco and brings more than 24 years of experience in project engineering, leadership, and management. Throughout his career, he has overseen a wide range of complex projects, applying expertise in strategy, execution, and operational improvement.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and an MSc from the University of Oxford. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
Saleh has received recognition from several international organisations, including the Construction Industry Institute (CII), the Association for Project Management (APM), and the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Award for Innovation in Project Management. In addition to his professional responsibilities, he actively supports the development of future talent through knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentoring programmes for young engineers.
His international experience spans Europe, North America, the Far East, and the Middle East, providing him with a broad perspective on engineering excellence, innovation, and project delivery.
