With more than 20 years of experience spanning offshore, onshore, and downstream operations, Thep has held key roles in operations, maintenance, business planning, and project management. He has led high-impact teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems across the value chain.
Throughout Thep’s career, a focus on integrating analytics, real-time monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration has resulted in substantial improvements in operational efficiency and asset care. He has spearheaded enterprise-wide, data-driven initiatives that have identified rapid turnaround opportunities, optimized workflows, and supported agile decision-making.
Thep holds an MBA from Rice University and a degree in Chemical & Material Engineering from the University of Auckland
